How are Black soldier fly larvae grown?
Master students from the Bioengenieering study Aalborg University visited our partner ENORM to understand their process of growing larvae, and how proteins and lipids are extracted from larvae.
In the FLEXI-GREEN FUELS project, our partner ENORM is one of the key players, when it comes to the transformation of biomass sugars into lipids, which are then upgraded into aviation and shipping biofuels.
At ENORM they have the knowledge and the equipment to grow Black soldier fly larvae. Thank you Toke Munk Shou, for hosting our Aalborg University team.
